What Is CrossFit

CrossFit is a fitness program based on constantly varied​ functional movements performed at high intensity. Combing Olympic weightlifting, basic gymnastics skills, and metabolic conditioning, the principles of CrossFit create fun, exciting workouts that are different every day. Expect to be challenged in new ways every time you enter the gym. 

CrossFit is also infinitely scaleable. No matter what your skill level is, our expert coaches can find the right movement in the right range of motion that makes every workout accessible. In fact, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver a fun, challenging fitness experience to anyone at any skill level.

CrossFit Cuspis’ community, in particular, strives to create a fun, exciting experience every day. Yes, we encourage you to be competitive, but only for fun and only against yourself and your friends. We think of an hour at the gym like a pick up game of basketball at the park.
