Don’t forget, we will only be open from 10-1 on Thursday (4th of July)  open gym from 10-noon and a single class at noon.  Feel free to bring your friends, the workout will be for all levels.

Training of the Day
Weighted Pull-up
Find your 5 rep max.
then
AMRAP 10 minutes
12 Front rack lunges (total)
10 Push press
8 Pull ups

RX weight is… 75% body weight for men, 50% body weight for women

Intro Class
Jerk as a skill

AMRAP 8 minutes
10 lunges
8 Shoulder to overhead
6 pull ups
