Even minute- 150m row, Odd minute- 1 power clean, 1 hang squat clean, 1 shoulder to overhead (Start at 50% of Clean and Jerk 1RM and increase every round until failure) …. as soon as you miss the lift complete 2 minutes of max rep pull ups. weight on final lift + total pull ups = score
