2 Touch and go power cleans on the :40 for 7 rounds @ 80%
Swinging, slamming Karen… 150 reps of kettle bell swing/Slam ball. Start with kettlebell swing (35/55). Do as many as possilbe. As soon as you have to set the bell down continue from that number with the slam ball.
(Event 2) Clean; AMRAP 12 minutes, 10 med ball squat cleans, 10 slam balls, 10 mountain climbers
