What a great first week!  I can not thank each of you enough for all of your support.  We are still finishing a couple of small projects but for the most part we are ready to get swoll!

Hi hang snatch 3 every minute at 75% of snatch 1RM for 6 minutes,

 3 min max rep box jump (24”) , rest 1 minute, 3 minute max rep burpee
