Step 1

Are you new to CrossFit? If yes, call us to schedule a FREE introductory session or complete the below form as indicated in Step 2. From there you will begin our Elements program. We will work with you to determine the number of sessions needed, which varies with the each individual's training background, typically requiring four in total. To learn more, click on the Elements icon on our homepage.

Are you an experienced CrossFitter? If yes, you are welcome to begin right away in any with our classes listed on our schedule page. We do not require a repeat of Elements, unless you specifically request. We also welcome visiting athletes and never charge a drop-in fee.
