A. 5x 10
Dumbbell Row

B. For 30 total minutes:
1 round of Cindy EMOM to failure.
then
1 round of Cindy every 75 seconds to failure.
then
1 round of Cindy every 90 seconds to failure.
then
1 round of Cindy every 2 minutes to failure.

Stay at each time interval as long as possible. Failure constitutes not finishing the round in the allotted time. At that point rest to the next time interval and continue. 1 round of Cindy = 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats. (Scale pull ups with ring rows or jumping pull ups should hands tear)
