We are in need of judges for our Grand opening competition. ¬†Please contact Leo @ rangerendurance@gmail.com or speak with Diana, Kyle, or Spencer at the gym and let them know when you can yell “NO REP” at random people!

 

Training of the Day
Dead lift 4-4-3-3 @ 80% of 1RM
then
5 rounds of…. 1 DL, 2 Clean, 3 FS, 4 muscle ups ( 80% SC 1RM)

Competitor supplement
for time…. 20 pistols, 500m row, 20 pistols
