Climb the ladder in 12 minutes

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8… Bear complex (70% of “A” weight)
3-6-9-12-15-18-21… Ring dips

Competitor supplement
max distance handstand walk in 3 attempts.

OHS- 5-4-3 @ 80% 1RM
