It is very rare that I change up the programming last minute, however, one of the workouts at the CF Stapleton master’s comp was pretty similar to what I had planed for today and the athletes there seemed to have to commit themselves to even finishing in under the 13 minute time cap.

 

Training of the Day
Dead lift
2-2-2 @ 90% 1RM
1-1-1 @ 92/93/94% 1RM
then
10 dead lifts (225/155)
15 burpees
20 pull ups
30 KBS
100 Double unders
30 KBS
20 pull ups
15 burpees
10 dead lifts

(13 minute cut off)
