9/11 Memorial WOD

On September 11th, 2001 four plans were hijacked in an act of terrorism.  Nearly 3,000 Americans lost their lives that day.  This work out is dedicated to them.

Training of the Day
11 Clean and Jerks @ 80%
175 double unders
77 wall ball (20lbs 8ft/10ft target)
93 knee to elbow

The first plan that struck the WTC was flight 11, the second was flight 175. The third plane to go down was crashed into the Pentagon (flight 77). United flight 93 went down in a field in Pennsylvania. NEVER FORGET!
