First let me say how damn proud I am of everyone’s hard work and progress!  I know our gym is young but you are truly making it the place to be.  Thank you for making our jobs as coaches so fun and rewarding.

Second, the registration is up for our “Beginners Competition” is up.  We will begin advertising to all the other gyms in the area later this week but wanted you guys to have first crack at it.  There is an information tab up above, if you have further questions ask Leo or email him at rangerendurance@gmail.com

 

Training of the Day
Get inverted!
20 minutes working on skill development of handstand, handstand walk and handstand push up.
then
5 minute AMRAP of….
5 HSPU
20 double unders

Rest 2 minutes, then….
5 minute AMRAP of….
8 Push ups
16 Overhead walking lunges (holding a weight plate 45/25)

Competitor supplement
Bench press
2-2-2-2-2 at heaviest weight possible (rest 90 seconds)

then….
4 rounds for time of
15 bench press (135/95)
15 GHD sit ups
