It appears as though Christina logged the most workouts tracked on Whiteboard in the month of March!   Christina hit a clean and jerk PR (like 20 times in a row!) AND a back squat PR in the last few days….. hmmm show up to the gym, follow the program, track your results and see significant improvement… It’s science!

Also, I need to mention that both Meghan and Ben hit their clean and jerk Personal Best during 13.4!   There have been so many lately that I have been having trouble keeping up!  If you have hit a personal best at a lift or a bench mark workout in the last 3 weeks please post it to the comments below!
