build to a 10 rep max push up with heaviest load possible (have a partner place a weight plate on your back)
then
AMRAP in 6 minutes
7 knee to elbow
15 double unders

rest 4 minutes

AMRAP 6 minutes
7 push ups
7 power cleans (50% 1RM)
